All payments to Engine Plus invoices using the Online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

 

1. Engine Plus accepts the following cards:

  ◦ American Express

  ◦ MasterCard

  ◦ Visa

  ◦ Discover

  ◦ PayPal

  Engine Plus does not accept:

  ◦ EFTPOS

  ◦ Diners Club (AU dollars only)

  ◦ JCB (AU dollars only)

  ◦ Other debit or credit cards

 2. When you complete the Online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in the selected currency.

 3. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Engine Plu's records.

 4. Payments are debited to Engine Plus.

 5. Credit card payments are secure:

  ◦ Payments will be processed directly by the paypal. using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

  ◦ Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.

  ◦ Engine Plus does not have access to your credit card details.

 6. Confirmation:

  ◦ If successful, Paypal will confirm that your payment was completed.

  ◦ If unsuccessful, Paypal will advise that your payment has failed. Engine Plus will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should            contact your credit card

    provider for details.

  ◦ If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice, to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly

    to ensure continuous use of Engine Plus.

 7. Engine Plus will confirm your payment details via email upon request.

 8. By using Engine Plus Online credit card facilities you agree to all applicable Engine Plu’s policies relating to your purchase of product and/or services.

 9. All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with the Engine Plus privacy statement.

10. Engine Plu’s Terms and Conditions for Online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
